Why we are opening an R&D journal
What you will find in these notes, how we write them, and why we also publish what does not work.

Fastbeez Labs is starting. Before showing results, we want to explain how we will work.
Build, test, publish
Every topic follows the same cycle.
- A question. A real problem, stated simply.
- A prototype. The smallest system that lets us test.
- A measure. Clear criteria, described data.
- A note. What we learned, published here.
This journal is the last step of that cycle.
What you will find here
Short notes on our four R&D themes:
- agentic AI,
- modern data architecture,
- context engineering,
- AI governance.
Each note says what we tested, how, and what we take from it.
Why we also publish failures
A negative result is a result. It saves others from walking the same path. It also shows where the real difficulties are.
We prefer an honest note about a failure to a brilliant note about a demo.
How we write
- Short sentences.
- Facts, measurements, sources.
- No promise we cannot show.
- Respect for every actor, from here and from elsewhere.
Write with us
The journal is open to members of the circle. Have you tested a model, an architecture or a method? Propose a note. We review it together, then publish it under your name.
