Fastbeez Labs

Build, not only consume.

This is what we believe.

And why Fastbeez Labs exists.

Why we exist

We believe Morocco can build the data and AI solutions of the future.

Today, many of the tools we use are designed elsewhere.

Many of them are excellent. We use them and we learn from them.

But a country that only consumes its digital foundations depends on them without mastering them.

We want to build too.

What we believe

The talent is here. In our schools, our teams, our diaspora.

The Moroccan context deserves solutions designed for it. Darija, Amazigh, Arabic, French. Law 09-08. Real budgets.

International collaboration is a strength, not a threat.

Our line fits in one phrase. Morocco first, open team.

A Moroccan mission and Moroccan roots. A team open to everyone who shares this direction, wherever they come from.

Why Morocco can compete

The building blocks are more and more open. Open models, open formats, public knowledge.

Building a solid solution mostly takes rigor, time and a team that shares.

We know our ground. Our languages, our rules, our constraints.

Many Moroccan engineers already work on these topics, at home and abroad.

What is missing most is places to build together. The lab wants to be one.

What “compete” means

Competing means

  • Building solutions that work.
  • Testing them with open methods.
  • Publishing what works and what does not.
  • Letting the results speak.

It does not mean

  • Claiming to be better than others.
  • Rejecting what comes from elsewhere.
  • Promising total sovereignty.
  • Talking louder than our results.

Our vision

We want to become the best Moroccan data and AI lab.

A place where world-class solutions are built from Morocco.

A circle where every Moroccan builder, here or abroad, can contribute.

We are at the beginning. We say it plainly, and we keep moving.

Seven ways of working

They apply to every project, every note, every exchange in the circle.

  1. Build rather than comment

A prototype is worth more than a long debate.

  2. Share expertise publicly

Our R&D notes are open to everyone.

  3. Prefer open formats and standards

Data and code must stay portable.

  4. Keep humans in control

A person approves the sensitive actions of an AI agent.

  5. Explain sovereignty by levels

We say what is local and what is not. Never a slogan.

  6. Start from the real Moroccan context

Our languages, our regulation, our budgets.

  7. Build in a circle

With builders who share, with no hard selling.

Do you share this belief?

The circle is starting. It needs builders.
